In general, the length of the room (i.e. the wall parallel to the home, is not as limited as the projection of the room (i.e. the dimension perpendicular to the home). Based on our particular design concept, Branstrator rooms are available in virtually any size. Our unique wall system makes it possible for you to have the exact size room that you had in mind.
    Q: How can I pay for my home improvements. Is financing available?
    A: We are proud of the relationship we've built with a leading financial lending institution and would be happy to provide you with the appropriate loan documentation. 100% financing is available with approved credit.
    Q: How long does it take to install a Patio Room?
    A: A qualified, professional installation team working on prepared ground with a crew of two or three people should take about two (2) to three (3) days. Site preparation and any extras could lengthen the installation time.
    Q: What is the process I should follow in proceeding with the purchase of one of your products?
    A: The first thing you need to do is call so we may schedule a visit to your home. We need to see firsthand the options available to us based on the design of your house and property. We will explore different design possibilities and provide you with an estimated cost either immediately or within a day or two, depending on the complexity.
    Q: Could I put a hot tub or spa in a Sunroom?
    A: Yes, and what a great idea! Other than support framing for the hot tub or spa, no other changes or modifications are required. It is advisable, however, to ensure that the ventilation is adequate to prevent high humidity conditions and that none of the chemicals utilized will cause damage to your Patio Room.
